Where do you ground you amps?

I ground my amps in my cargo area in pre made holes that had bolts in them... seemed like a good spot i will get pics up later. Also what do you use to prevent rusting?

engine block, front car frame, pre existing cut holes or made with a bolt to screw on and sanded down before applying yada yada yada
