CJ18
Talk to a box designer with alot of experience with 6th orders. Thats where you need to start. 6ths are very tricky to get right. Seriously just stick with a standard ported box or a 4th order. Much simpler to design and get right.

Fosgatefeind
So what do I need to change?. I need a box that I van seal off but keep.in my trunk. I mean its sad to have. 30$ 10" sub in a ported box sealed off behind my trunk louder then a 15 in a ported box not sealed off Quote Buildlog: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/146515-2007-monte-carlo-ls-build-new-plans-with-dc-audio/ TEAM DC AUDIO www.Dcsoundlab.com
MrSkippyJ
why exactly are you not just going to use a standard ported box? maybe that can help someone figure out a box for you Quote F150: Stock 2019 Harley Road Glide: Amp: TM400Xad - 4 channel 400 watt Processor: DSR1 Fairing (Front) 6.5s -MMats PA601cx Lid (Rear) 6x9s - TMS69

Loud Avalanche
You need to build it to find out. I have built alot of 6th Order boxes that people said wouldn't work. However,I built them anyways and they sounded great and did pretty good on spl also.every vehicle is different so until you build that exact box in your car you won't know. Fosgatefeind
Rather make a box I know will work rather than waste wood. Kills trees lol Quote Buildlog: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/146515-2007-monte-carlo-ls-build-new-plans-with-dc-audio/ TEAM DC AUDIO www.Dcsoundlab.com
irpirate
generally 6th order enclosure sound very loud but quality is bad, usually lots of group delay around the tuning frequencies. I wouldn't build something like that unless I knew for a fact that it will work. nope. Op - have you calculated tunings at all? i did some quick ballparking and got 70 and 65. plus the airspace on those is tinnnyyy. lookin like a no go on that design. don't really have the airspace imo.
