Second Skin Rep Jon
Stuff sticks pretty well doesn't it? And only 20 minutes? Not bad! Took me about an hour to undo this mess. I was showing that Alpha Damp can conform to curved surfaces... Never again... lol Quote Have a question about Second Skin? E-Mail me!

Second Skin Rep Jon
who said it couldnt? its not like it will mold to it but it bends just fine A skeptic. When the product was first released they thought the 10mil foil was much too thick to conform. But now they are a believer. LOL I should have left it on the bowl... but taking it off was also a "test" to see how well it stuck. Quote Have a question about Second Skin? E-Mail me! emperorjj1
hey jon have you tested spectrum on mdf to see if it does anything? Quote J. Second Skin Rep Jon
hey jon have you tested spectrum on mdf to see if it does anything? No I haven't. I would suspect that it would have a slightly different outcome because it may soak into the wood a little bit and create a better bond. I'll have to give it a shot and find out. emperorjj1
i doubt its going to do a big dampening difference as well but if it has similar charts then it may slighly lower output on a sub box. prob not by much and nothing you can hear but good to know for the spl meter guys Quote J.
