But to compare WCC and Overhaulin', they are two completely different genres and caliber of workmanship! WCC, will never build a car to the skill level of Foose and his team. They dont have to skill level or knowledge to do so. When you look at the Awards and acknowledgement of the two, damn its one-sided! Im not saying WCC isnt custom, they are, but they sit more in the realm of "bolt-on" custom. Yes the can do body and paint, but how thick is that bondo on a wide-body conversion, tell you this much it is much more than the 1/16"-1/8" that most skilled body men and fabricators use. Take a trip down there and if they will let you in the door (past the TV memorabilia for sale) you will see what they do. This shop was TRULY PIMP even during the pimp my ride days. That shit (the set) was off in a corner, for TV and to please the younger crowd - but the REAL work is just out of camera view and its no joke. They really had to rebuild their reputation though after PMR, due to all the half-assed installs. U.W., they are the epitome of bolt on custom! Although the installers they have are quite skilled! I usually TIVO'd U.W., so I could fast forward through all the me me me of the owner. He just exuded douche-baggery in my view.
