Call me old fashoned, but if you get a loan, you should pay it back in full at the terms you agreed to. If you don't want to do the loan thing, then get a job. I think it would be nice to not have to pay back my student loans, but It's my responsibility to take care of my contractual agreement. I think there would be a better way to stimulate the economy than this IMO.
