24 out of 32 is a pretty dirty Alpine IMO. also, i never said you WOULD get a 161 i just said What IF. We never claim anyone will gain DB even though we see it all the time

i dont get how its dirty? after vol. 23 yes it distorted but everything under that is as clean as you can get if it was a drity deck there would not be countless sq champs that run alpine decks like the one im talking about if you mean its a drity deck if you try to use it at full volume i can understand that but to call the deck drity because you have a point of distortion is not right remeber people listen to ever word you say so with that statment people will be running around calling alpine decks drity when thats not the case anyways we are of topic now my questions were anwsered thanks

23 out of 32 is distorting way sooner then most of the Alpines i have seen so either you'r numbers are off or that deck is dirty SOONER then it should be for some reason. (hence the reason i asked about a line driver) If your numbers are right and 23 is in fact the number, then i'm sure its nice and clean from 23 down. Never meant it was a dirty deck from top to bottom, just dirtier at a lower volume then some of the worst decks i have tried. I had a $99 Kenwood that didn't distort till 33/35 iirc. It doesn't by a LONG SHOT mean thats a better deck though.

its an older alpine the newer ones do in fact distort at way higher volumes like 28 of 32 not mad or trying to be a dick or anything sorry if im coming off that way just trying to have an audio convo

i bet 2/3rds of the haters would be on board if it was JUST D'amore on it. 100% of the people who hate me have NO reason to hate me and people that like me are just as sick of seeing it. I think its your name to be honest bro, it seems like most people go after simply because you're Steve Meade. In any industry you take aim at the Big Fish the ultimate celebrity and you are it in the Car Audio game. It works for the most part oh I hate Steve because he thinks he is hot shit and I am way louder why is he so popular, why is he sponsored, where is my love blah blah blah. So they take shots in hopes that you will respond and start a war, wars breed audiences really quickly.

I can say this much I have noticed on a lot of other forums your name and anything synonymous with your name catches a bad rap, I remember the announcement of the DD-1 and how bad it got flamed on some forums as a worthless POS when no one even really knew what it truly did. Even now you see people say oh well it can be accomplished with this or that f his tool, when all your tools really do is make life easier. Hell as a part time installer you have sped up my time on having to whip out the scope, I can tune an entire multi amp system in a matter of minutes without second guessing myself so for that I thank you and the D'Amore team for coming up with a tool that just makes my life a little simpler and you're right if it was the D'Amore DD-1 or CC-1 it would have been received better from a lot of others.
