play them full tilt, they won't fully break in until you let them fully play. There is no need to play them 1/2 way or anything. Play them on full clean power. It's really that easy.

i installed my subs 2 hours before a comp then went and competed all day, there is no such thing as "break in period" if u can loosen a sub up in a few hours its junk

So you're telling me free airing my sub at 20hz for 6 hours, to loosen suspension makes it junk?

There most certainly is a break in period, there is just no need to do anything different during that time.

Any sub will loosen up in a few hours I play time, not sure where you are going with that.

Literally, just play them. One of my buddies is pushing his to xmech right out of the gate and had no issues with it.
