Hollowstylez Posted May 12, 2012 Report Posted May 12, 2012 Nice work man that looks great. Just need to drill your pilot holes and your good to go.
Rich65 Posted May 12, 2012 Report Posted May 12, 2012 That looks sweet, im guessing plexi is kind of expensive if you had to pay for it.
n8ball2013 Posted May 12, 2012 Report Posted May 12, 2012 You can get cheap plexi at Lowes as well. But 20 bucks for plexi and then the time into it puts you pretty even if you ask me THERE IS NO BUILD LOG! 1998 Chevy Silverado ext cab Alpine CDA-9887 4 Team Fi 15s 2 Ampere Audio TFE 8.0 2 Ampere Audio 150.4 3 Digital Designs CS6.5 component sets Dual Mechman 370XP Elite alternators inbound! 8 XS Power d3400 6 XS power d680 Second Skin Stinger Tsunami Wiring Sky High A Real Voltmeter not a piece of shit stinger.

carlosg_313 Posted May 12, 2012 Report Posted May 12, 2012 Thanks and yeah I mean plexi was free or else like Nate said it's $15 for a small sheet like that 1/4 inch thick Nice work. But ill rather save the trouble and get the jasper, got from any specific size. How do the Japanese feel about bass? You know that since 03/11/11 Progene? I just saw that stuff on CNN. They said it makes your junk shrink all up. lol.im pretty sure the op wont even notice if it gets even smaller. Refs - Pstone11, porksoda, coleman
DudeWith4x4 Posted May 12, 2012 Report Posted May 12, 2012 I love being able to do any size of cut-out I want and it would be a pain for me to do all them damn holes. Kudos for doing it yourself man. Blackedout Posted May 12, 2012 Report Posted May 12, 2012 Jasper is worth every penny of the $40. But nice work. Trunk Build Log
Rell Posted May 18, 2012 Report Posted May 18, 2012 Jasper is worth the $ but you also gotta be careful with it. I would love an 1/4in aluminum one. I could copy my jasper over to aluminum and drill through all the holes but then gotta mark all the numbers.
b-dubs89 Posted May 18, 2012 Report Posted May 18, 2012 the hard part of making a circle jig to me would be figuring out where to put all of your holes . i have made my own circle jig out 2 peaces of flat steel . i was looking around rockford fosgates web site and found this a while ago http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/shop/shop.aspx?purl=https://secure.rockfordcorp.com/OA_HTML/ibeCCtpSctDspRte.jsp?section=12005&sitex=10105:54419:US
