jbass1
This is the first Layer of the upper box. This is considered a 6th order bandpass using the upper box as enclosure with the opening being the port....I am hoping between the two i should be around 55-60 htz. The sides are mated on the outside, the top will have the second layer mated then screwed into place. Sandwiching the mat between the two layers. I have to be able to Remove the upper box top to remove subs if I have any issues...its a long process ( about two hrs) This is the first time I am using the bass knobs to adjust speaker output voltage. The amps are just too hard to get to. So far it has worked out pretty well. I meter at about 1/4 then 1/2 then 3/4 volume. So far it looks like my peak is around 55 htz. When the second layer is done it should stiffin box and change the Freq a little.

HHR Ed
Since you technically have a wall. If you want louder numbers, I would suggest building a larger enclosure from bottom to top, and have all 4 woofer firing forward and placed on the passenger side and have a forward port on the driver side. jbass1
i cant build a wall the subs are 18s and there is not enough room, unless I want to go with a sealed box (never)!!!! no room for the port. As for the amps I bought them remaned for 250 each. Blew one the first round of tuning. But since then I have been testing alot and the rest have been holding up.
