Theres actually a little bit of a difference to the amps...

Look at the size difference in the windings on the torid and inductor.

I see it now. Mobile and small pics dont work well, lol.

What are they going to say? That you could have had similar for less? Ok...there's really not that much surprise here. And if you were...well... :pardon:

Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?

Have surly the best test´s, where you cann see that a vew more winding´s are the 600 $ + worth :poop:

Welcome to car audio.. You just figured that out now?

And actually just the windings alone is a visual notice between the 2.

Im sure if you where to tear the amps down, you would find more noticeble things, such as stronger power and output supply mosfets.

Also another thing seen is the difference in the PCB, not only is it a slightly different color, but the Critical mass has different markings on the board. Good indication of a different manufacture.

I dont follow critical mass at all, or even heard of the other company, but it could be a cloned korean built amp copied by a china buildhouse and sold for $285 or whatever..

Case and point.

Sundown, DC Audio, Cactus Sounds, Incriminator Audio, American Bass to name a few..

All built in the same Korean buildhouse.

All very closely priced in MSRP, MAP, and Team member price.

Now lets look at Crescendo.

1/3 the cost.

The 3KWP was problematic and than some, smaller inductors, torrids, weaker mosfets.

Selling gimmick of the amp was "same as sundown saz3000".

Take them apart you will notice for yourself about the parts used.

Thats very informative, i had no idea before today several companies use the same buildhouses.
