Kenne Bell 2010 Mustang GT: Speed (slow) and Sound Build

Recommended Posts

Jigsaw ftw, that's how I cut nearly all my holes(ports, sub mounting holes, etc.)

It takes some real balls to cut out holes on a baffle of $40+ sheet wood with a jigsaw. I usually cut 1/2 inch smaller, then I use my router and this funky bit to gradually take the hole out larger. It takes like an hour to do a baffle but it leaves me with a really clean and tight finish.

Im good on the baffle, actually real good on all my cuts. Thats what is pissing me off about this top piece. Don't know what went wrong. I really need to invest in a router.

thought you would have owned one by now Ken. Plan to round that port?

Once you buy a router, you'll wonder how you ever lived without one, lol.

But don't cheap out on the bits, otherwise you may as well not even waste the money

I hate long signatures....
