boom50cal Posted April 17, 2013 Report Share Posted April 17, 2013 Jigsaw ftw, that's how I cut nearly all my holes(ports, sub mounting holes, etc.) It takes some real balls to cut out holes on a baffle of $40+ sheet wood with a jigsaw. I usually cut 1/2 inch smaller, then I use my router and this funky bit to gradually take the hole out larger.
