He had a few 6.5s (iirc) damaged in shipping. He contacted them about it. No questions asked they shipped him some new ones. I didn't receive part of my package, contacted them and they shipped it out no questions asked. Granted it's not a expensive amplifier, but their cs contacted me within 12 hours I think it was.
