Bump4life Posted November 25, 2012 Report Posted November 25, 2012 ok well if it were me id try to find a clean place to put the tweets on dash. if no spot, then put it near the 6.5. yea you could tune it with the 360 RF but why not just make it so you have to do as little tuning as possible. No spot on the dash. I have the pillars, but they will face away from the listeners, just by a few degrees. well hold them up there and see how it sounds. if its easier in the doors, put them there if it sounds alright to you. just do what sounds best to your ear. Had to utilize the factory speaker frame and Scosche plate adapters, it took a lot of trimming and hacking to get everything to fit right. And tweeter location. SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread

Blue Posted December 2, 2012 Report Posted December 2, 2012 Looking good Ken. I know I said no Expanding Foam in mine also, but I might do some to make sure it's all sealed off. What are up with those wipes? Is there foam material on them, wipe it in the grove/area and it starts expanding, or is it like a pre-wipe then foam on top of that? Good progress so far. Can't wait till here it. Edit: Never mind, just googled it and nice little wipe. formerly known as Blue86f150 its a 4th order just because its tuned in the 40z doesnt mean it wont reach down and jiggle your balls at sub 30 hz frequencies. Regardless if they were dipped platinum and were stuffed in Beyonce's twat.....way too fucking exspensive this sux camel dicks
