79 cutty
Been a minute since I actually remembered to snap a pic, but just some boring "cobb" salads for dinner tonight Firm believer in letting my cars do my talking! Broke_Audio_Addict
Broke out the cast iron skillet and made a steak. I'll let the pics do the rest of the talking. That being said a lot of people's definition of "music" is a clipped 30 hz sine wave with some 80 IQ knuckle head grunting about committing crimes and his genitals. 79 cutty
Not really "pic" worthy, but just got done making a batch of "spaghetti" sauce. Basically just a red sauce I use as a marinara or a pizza sauce. Then jar it up and stick it in the freezer for the year. 1 batch costs me about $6-8 to make....makes about 10 pint jars which each one is plenty for spaghetti or pizza....if I were to buy the sauce on those 10 seperate occasions it would run $2-4 bucks a pop....so a nice little savings for a hell of a lot better product than the manufactured sugary crap! 79 cutty
Side note, if you guys like using the cast iron I would highly recommend the lodge stove top griddle. I find I break that beast out all the time...even more than the cast iron skillet. Great for steaks, or paninis, really anything. Has flat top on one side for pancakes and crap, or grill ridges on the other for protein or veggies. Season it nicely and they last a lifetime! http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00008GKDQ/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?qid=1453072087&sr=8-1π=SX200_QL40&keywords=griddle+for+stove+top&dpPl=1&dpID=414n4OG7bEL&ref=plSrch Damn that is a steal. I paid the original $75 price for mine years ago!!! Firm believer in letting my cars do my talking! You can't rush quality, it doesn't happen overnight.
