Lol. If you need any help/pointers let me know. I actually have my AAS in culinary arts and work within the food industry. I can say I have pretty much done it all. I have worked as a line cook/chef, head baker, cake decorating, ice carving, fine dining, meat fabrication, owned a small catering company, the list goes on!
