We had Polish "fat Thursday" last week.. and its out tradition to eat Paczki that day.. I didnt have even one due to my diet..... I think you have a problem dude. Its actually beneficial to cheat every now and again. late respond but I do have a cheat meal every week.. Paczki is too much sugar.. 79 cutty Posted March 6, 2015 Report Posted March 6, 2015 Well I had posted this a couple weeks ago: Because people are kind of like sheep and this always happens, I had someone my wife works woth ask me to make one for her father's birthday this weekend, so here is round 2: Because I can't do the same crap over-and-over and I like just randomly trying stuff, this one is slightly different flavor profile. 4 layer french vanilla cake with progressively darker orange layers so it has a colored aspect when you cut into it. Than between the layers is chocolate whipped cream frosting with fresh strawberries, chocolate buttercream and fresh strawberry compote, than the cake is frosted in Bailey's Irish cream buttercream and semi-sweet/white chocolate ganache. I will try to get them to snap a pic of the inside of it this weekend. And for some reason I must have taken the worst pic angle possible for it because the one side looks flat for some damn reason, but I promise it is a cylindrical cake!
