Noel989 Posted March 11, 2015 Report Posted March 11, 2015 You can't always use a grill I have a friend that we/him would bbq every other month just to hang out He moved into an appartment where charcoal grills are not allowed So we have to change the way we cook stuff I might help him get an electric grill I know it's not the same but you have to work with what you have or go to the park that have grills. or take your own Having to clean up before dark and then drive back, what if we drink? OrionStang Posted March 11, 2015 Report Posted March 11, 2015 Tasty shake. Lots of protein, lots of fiber, and by freezing the berries whole they act like ice and thicken up the shake. Gave me a brain freeze. 1 cup milk 1 scoop strawberry protein powder(24g protein) 1 1/2 cups frozen whole strawberries 1/2 cup frozen dark cherries 1 scoop of fiber supplement(5 grams of fiber) I always used to buy frozen berries, but it much cheaper to by fresh, then clean and freeze them. Don't know why I never thought of it before in all my years of shake making. Im trying to think of a frozen fruit that would go with a coffee flavored shake. Im thinking: 1 cup milk 1 scoop coffee protein powder 1 scoop instant coffee grounds 1 scoop of fiber supplement 1 or 2 Splenda packets And either frozen fruit or just plain ice cubes.
