Temperamental little bastards to make, but addicting as hell! Lmao Not the prettiest I have ever made as I think the egg whites were whipped slightly too firm. Ideally would like less of a tail on them after piping and resting, but they will do the trick for a bunch of hungry woman. Firm believer in letting my cars do my talking! You can't rush quality, it doesn't happen overnight. Quality takes time and dedication, but the end results more than pay for it.
