Well I put a pork picnic on last night about 8pm in the smoker at 190 degrees then bumped it up to 220 degrees this afternoon at 230pm. I took it off this afternoon at 430 and pulled it and fixed some slaw. So my dinner was fresh pulled pork and slaw haha. Pretty good though

Pulled it out and doused it with BBQ sauce then put it back in at 220 degrees for 2hrs.

It was pretty good. Could have used a bit more cayenne in the slaw but the pork was pretty good. I used apple wood pellets in the smoker so it had a kinda sweet flavor but still had a bite from the vinegar. I talk too much when it comes to food haha but I appreciate it man.

Best part is I got some left over for a mid night sandwich and a couple sandwiches at lunch tomorrow :)
