TeamHT Posted March 13, 2013 Report Share Posted March 13, 2013 Hey Team, just make sure you don't go too low on carbs. Carbs are energy, and you need some of them. I don't have to worry so much about fruit, as I eat "zero" bread / wheat products, potatos, rice, or pasta. So then, I can just eat a shit ton of veggies and fruits, and end up with only a medium amount of carbs. Peace, Fish That was the hardest thing, cutting out almost all sugars and carbs...damn it!!! That's almost all fruits! LOL. Still do pineapple but that's for the bitches I have about 30-40 grams a day total of carbs and sugars. The thought behind my diet is to take away the carbs and sugar and force the body to burn fat for energy. Its been working pretty crazy and awesome. I've been losing 4-5lbs a week BUT it doesn't help I went crazy last week. Every day was a chest day, ha ha Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?
