SnowDrifter
0 seconds. Just play it like normal and it will break in naturally. No need for any separate process ~~~~~~~~SAY NO TO PHOTOBUCKET~~~~~~~~ Snow's DD-1 tracks here: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/167433-snows-dd-1-tracks/ My take on OFC vs CCA: https://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/110381-things-that-piss-you-off-in-the-car-audio-world/?do=findComment&comment=2461444
Sonic
As mentioned above, just play it normal and it would eventually break in.

Smurfboy
Each time I get brand new speaker(s), I always give them the time to break in to be more safe and healthy. I'm not one of the guy who likes to crank up as soon as I get new subwoofer, though. That's just me.
MrSkippyJ
Subs break in because you are using the soft parts. Only way to use the soft parts is to... you got it, play em loud! If you aren't playing them fully, you are simply lengthening the break in process.
