Team Bassick - Kimo Posted June 27, 2012 Report Share Posted June 27, 2012 So to officaly announce we have given the go ahead from Moe at IASCA along with Mike Jaffe to be Northern California's IASCA's sanctioned promoter. So this weekend's show in Corcoran will be the last dual org show as the next shows will be triple org shows. Now we have only agreed to promote the SPL portion of IASCA. The SQ side we are not fully capable of doing that. We are however, capable of handling the SQ side of MECA and will be doing that for the remaining shows. I posted three shows today on termpro and as soon as Wayne is back in the Country I will talk to him about adding IASCA to our termpro profile as well bumping the 2nd and 3rd shows up to 2x and 3x status. Oh I know but, it is going to be a long day with SQ in the morning and SPL at night. Not to mention our first time offering it and I'd hate to charge so much for a new format right out the gate. It is a quick ramp up and nothing says by request we couldn't do just a single org event in the future. I am hoping that one day it will get to the point where will take all day because of the amount of competitors we have just in SPL and not because of SPL and SQ at the same time. thorshammer Posted July 10, 2012 Report Share Posted July 10, 2012 Kimo the GP is being built now for stock trunk in drag. What would i qualify in for Iasca? Can I make the trunk classes or do I have to go pro because of working within the industry? I'll be at at least one show if not 2.
