None of the boxes are removable port so far.

This box has a removable port right? It the one with a port sketch next to the box. Right after your second box pic.

The one I did has an insert

All I do is make the insert (glue and screw) and just put a screw throughout the side wall into the other port wall

Here is what I'm looking at cutting on each sheet of mdf. Be started by tomorrow 9am so I won't be burning up while cutting the box parts.

Doesn't look that big when you lay it out,

But you'll still need a helper to lift it in,

I like to bolt mine down to the baby bolts on the floor

Haha yea I know. I was really hoping I could fit it on 2 sheets cause I didn't want to buy 3 sheets and have like 3/4 of a sheet left over. Really glad I got it on 2 sheets. Anyway I am ordering the sub first thing Monday morning and probably won't get it until Friday or maybe Saturday if I am lucky. Not sure who they will ship the sub with.

I was going to grab @wrmcs's AQ 18 for $280 shipped but my PayPal is requesting pics of personal documents that I don't really want to send over the internet so I couldn't use PayPal which forced me to go with a brand new one.

Either way I will be happy to be a new AQ HDC3 18 owner. I will run this system for quite a while until I can run 2 on 5K or 4 on 10K way later down the road.
