Bad ass. I love our lows, but do wish we could peak a lil higher, just for burp scores, but we love our low end to much to give a shit lol.

Looks tits Trav,...  let us know how the tweaking goes man.. best of luck

Dude, that is awesome. I can't wait to see this new build in a few weeks at Heatwave. Also looking forward to seeing Damon's build. What made you decide to do this?

+3yrs of flat walls, wanted to mess with something different.

Just to keep yall posted, did some testing. If there are any 4th gurus, please let me know if you have any tips or suggestions, they are welcomed.

11.7 rear/20.5 front - 440 sq in of port @ 50hz - 157.1 @ 47

10.2 rear/20.5 front - 440 sq in of port @ 50hz - 157.1 @ 47

10.2 rear/20.5 front - 355 sq in of port @ 47hz - 157.1 @ 46

Wall isnt as loud on the meter (a few tenths down) as the flat wall, but has a much stronger demo range which is part of the give and take of a musical 4th rather than a super peaky burp 4th. But I checked my rise and looks to be about 6x rise, so basically on burp my amps are at 12ohms or so. Not sure if that rise is normal, since every flatwall Ive had is 2.5-3x rise.

Score is a bummer, still did a 55 flat sealed on the dash though which was cool, but having trouble dialing in to get that extra something that puts it above what it is doing. Demo wise, im happy, just probably need a bit more power for headroom on certain songs.

What I've seen,  band passes rise more. We are at .5, and rise to a tick over 3 ohms on burps.  My old flat never went that high. That peak is pretty high. (For me anyway)

I'd think your score would be a bit higher. But, such is this audio life.  Wish I lived down the street. Would love to come take a look at it, and dick with it, with ya...

yea, if i was wired at .5, i would rise to about the same 3-3.5 ohms. My score on burps I think is purely due to power loss more than anything due to rise. From my builds it has always followed a "factor" as far as rise. So if my rise was 3x, if wired at .5 i go to 1.5, if 1 i go to 3, if 2 i go to 6, etc. But Im talking with some guys on maybe switching amps just to help deal with it and give me a bit more head room. With my rise, I might be around 3kw or so on burp.

The thing that got me was the fact I was changing volumes and port area yet my peak and score didnt alter at all.
