I just start with the overall height that I want at the peak and then it is a pencil, jigsaw, and about 40 trip to the table and the truck for test fit and trimming until I get the perfect fit.

Having surgery on Friday and coming back home on Saturday. Progress from there on out will just depend on how I feel. Seems that i am attracting a ton of lurkers with this one too.
