This, combined with back-to-school sales, and the huge delivery trucks that arrive every morning, has most stores sorely undermanned. If you want a job apply for receiving or the Flow team. Gotta wake up early, but its a job. Apply online at Target.com. It may say the job you are applying for has no available positions, apply anyway. This is a way we look for people serious about working for us. You should get a call for an interview fairly quickly. Some stores are desperate for people. Shifts start at 330 and 500 am, but starting next week we are coming in at 200 and 330 am instead, just because we are so short and so backstocked. If both of those go sour, I know where to go next.
