Reading through all of this without anyone bring up the issues with electrical has been driving me nuts for like 20 pages... I didn't want to skip to the end in case it was fixed (plus I wanted to see it all anyways). Few things... 1) I would have 8 1/0 runs (6 if you have 2/0) to the rear bank. 4x350 = 1400a of max draw... so bare minimum 6 1/0 OFC (and spread them across the bank don't put them all in the same spot)... 2) The last pic I saw only had 1 ground run from the alt. You should have a matching set of grounds from that alt to the frame that you have power in the rear. Run all grounds to the frame front and back then ground the front battery to the frame as well. Another option is adding a bus to the front battery and running everything to that (alt to batt buss - bat buss to frame). 3) When you see the discrepancy from your front batt to your back it's because the back bank isn't charged. AGM sits 12.7-12.9 depending on the brand, but generally speaking if it's sitting 12.5 that's like 75% full... Your charger is not big enough, mine could barely keep my 3 3400's up to snuff and when I went to 6 it didn't stand a chance. You need a bigger charger because while it might be able to get a surface charge up they aren't actually fully charging off of like .15a per battery (I have the same charger and I think it's 3a? So whatever 3/# of batts you have is). Get a better charger, add some runs, and watch the magic happen Again just trying to be helpful, love the build man! A few pages back I said I was.gonna do the electrical before I.do anything amp wise. I'm keeping the same batts and my singer 350 but will be adding 2 mechman 320's and do the wiring. I know I'm gonna catch hell for saying this but I'm either going with 3+ and 3-runs of shca ofc 2/0 from the front batt and 1 run.to the back from each alt or 12+ and 12- runs of execution audio cca 1/0 from the front batt but I'm sticking with ofc for for the alt runs and the runs to the amps. I havemt had any problems with the small charger. After a few days on the charger they rest at 12.9-13.1.
