can damplifier be used...

Recommended Posts

Yep tried telling the landlord(s) to come check out the problem but they said it should be ok for a week or two when their plumber can come out since mine was probably going to be to expensive when he is a good friend. Guess that's why you don't rent from family

Dry it in the sun. And then try it, it might still tack up. If worst comes to worse buy some 3m adhesive spray or the second skin spray and use that to stick it on.

Just options idk if they'll work

Scion tC SQ Build
iPad mini, lots of fabrication, daily driven
Ford Explorer C Pillar Wall Build

Just a cheap car to destroy with bass :D

Peel it off and feel if it's still sticky. if it is, I'd think you should be good to go. Aluminum won't corrode heavily unless exposed to salt water and butyl is unaffected.

Definitely let it dry out first. If the paper backing is still firmly stuck to the butyl rubber, that's a good sign. once it's dry, peel back a corner of the paper and test the stickiness of the butyl. if it's still sticks, it'll work fine. I know Damplifier is very water resistant, but this will probably be the ultimate test haha.

Over built to over perform - because user error, bad batch, and faulty install are excuses that other companies use!
