soundstream15 Posted October 11, 2012 Report Posted October 11, 2012 I have 2/0 welding cable for my big 3 and it works just fine, idk if there is a difference but welding cable will handle heat better so that's why I used it for the big 3

Guest Posted October 17, 2012 Report Posted October 17, 2012 voltage doesn't matter when choosing power wire. you need to know the CURRENT DRAW in AMPS. no, not an amplifier. an amp. its the unit of measurement for current. unless you're running over like 300amps, then stick with 1/0.
