1sickpuppy
I was looking on ebay for random stuff when I found this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/8-W7-Dual-JL-Audio-Ported-Subwoofer-Box-8w7-Sub-Enclosure-8-Inch-Vented-Blk-/320976142754?pt=Car_Subwoofers_Enclosures&hash=item4abbab41a2 it's a box made specifically for a pair of 8W7's. I was thinking I could use it for my VVX8's? It's 2 cubic feet and tuned to 34hz. My VVX's displace more then the W7 so i would lose a little box volume but I'm going to be slightly overpowering them anyway. I know most people will say build my own box. I just wanted to know of this box or similar size box would work with my VVX's? Torres
barf. port is too thin for my liking too. and who's to say their box stats are correct? you could be buying something way off. but if 80 dollars is worth the risk then go for it

Endgame
One thing a prefab will never give you aside from good sound and custom fit , is the satisfaction and pride of building it your self.popping the trunk and being all like " Yeah I did it Myself " Trust No One
