HatersGonnaHate Posted October 16, 2012 Report Posted October 16, 2012 Blue moon with an orange wedge. Shock top is bangin, but if you drink too many of them, the taste gets annoying lol. Bud light lime.... Decent. Michelob Ultra Lime Cactus is better than bud lime. ewadz3006 Posted November 11, 2012 Report Posted November 11, 2012 theres a few local micro breweries that i like to frequent... a couple fom erie brewing, railbender-7.6% alch. maibock 8.6% alch and my favorite seasonal- Ol' Red cease and decist, 10.2% alch. all of these are darker malt beers. blue canoe brewing, heath bar stout (50 pounds of heath bas are used in recipe). Heavy kevvy- another dark stout. not sure of alch. on these, they don't bottle it. Its only available to take out in growlers. If you ever get into titusville, Pa its a very nice place great food and many differnt kinds of beer. Even have one called flashlight lager simalar to a bud light or miller light. Another place is Sprague farm, a nice place made from a old barn in cambridge springs Pa. scotchtoberfest- a scottish ale. Rustbelt -a american amber ale. and Hellbender (not sure of style) a good seasonal is the kickbock. after writing this I am now thirsty and am going to drink. good day Quote I feel sorry for those who dont drink, for when they wake up in the morning that's the best they are going to feel all day.- Frank Sinatra

I've never actually been in Erie brewing but I've heard they do tours. they bottle everything ad I just buy it at distibutors. A good place to go for micro brews is the old union station. the restaurant is kick asz and they actually house a couple micro breweris in there. they act as a steppping stool for people just getting into brewing to ramp up produtions for distribution. one of the breweries was lavery brewing. althogh I didnt care for their beer as much many peopl like it. Anyway if you get back to erie check out brewerie at union station.
