Looks cool but after getting screwed over with iOS6 on my iPad 2, Apple will never get another cent from me.

wat? need more info. just picked up itouch 5g with iOS6 and its pretty damn good, only missing a jailbreak.

safari is about 2x faster to load on my ipod than my ipad too.

ipad is running 5.1.1 jailbroked

I don't want to get too detailed since this is already off topic but iOS 6 has caused a lot of issues for people on older devices like iPad 1 and 2, older iPhones. Most of what I use my iPad for has been screwed up since the update and I get app crashes constantly now (Facebook, Safari, Facetime, and Netflix to name a few). Apple refuses to do anything about it so as far as I'm concerned they can take their new products, regardless of how cool they are, and shove 'em.

Delete the apps and re download them, do not touch the iPad until the install is complete, maintain constant wifi connectivity, and DO NOT, LOCK THE IPAD. Keep it awake and not at the lock screen when installing.

If this fails re install ios6. With no error codes the iPad will function properly.

Thanks for the advice but I've already done all that and still having the same issues. I contacted Apple about it because I'm still under warranty and they said they know about the bugs and are working on a fix but there are other issues that have priority over the issues I'm having. They need to allow people to go back to iOS 5 and their problem would be at least temporarily solved but it's not going to happen so I say fuck 'em. My money will go to Samsung from now on.

2 weeks ago, i bought a Samsung Galaxy 5 MP3 player, the big fat one that looks like the phone. I was looking to integrate it into the ISF because the Ipad is just to big for what i want to do. I really wanted to like it. I gotta say, i don't know how anyone can say the Samsung is even nearly as good as an I-anything. Besides the fact i couldn't get the bluetooth to connect to my device, it just felt slow and clumsy to me. I liked the feedback on the buttons when you touch the screen, that was the ONLY thing i thought was cool. Other then that, i didn't like it at all. I took that bitch back. I am now waiting for the ipad mini to be released. I guess i am used to quality.

maybe you have a lemon. I have 2 of every ipad and iphone ever made, not to mention ipods (the wife always has to get what i get and then the kids get the hammy downs).....and i have never had one single problem other then the time i temporarily bricked a phone doing a jailbreak. That was my fault of course. I have no idea about any of the bugs some people complain about. I have no bugs. That being said, i can't stand Apple computers. Not because they suck but because i am just a window's guy.

jail breaking = plenty of customization.......but i don't give a shit about that, i leave mine stock. No probs.
