How did you jump the RCA cables?

Main RCA's come from HU to first amp then 2 foot set of RCA's go from 1st amps output to second amps intput rca. Not the strapping one.

@ alaskanzx5, Ok, thats something i could try, I can;t really disconnect my batteries as there are 3 of them in paralell with a ton of grounds and seperate bus bars so its not worth the hassle. Will that spark hurt anything?

disconnect the wire from that goes to the battery from the fuse holder. the spark wont realy hurt anything just more of a safety thing.

connect every wire that is on the working amp to the non working amp and see if that fixes it. if it does its the wiring going to the non working amp. if it doesnt its the amp.

Sorry, how are connecting the amp to your sub? How did you get the wire through your box? Drill holes, bolt terminals, terminal cup or what?

Ohh, my bad. Drilled holes in the box. I also heat shrinked the wire around the woofers terminals to stop it from coming loose

Question:

Have they ever worked properly?

I think you may have some wiring issues.

Take one amp completely out of the picture and wire both subs to the "bad" amp at 2ohm. Do you still have the cone movement issue?

Yes they are not strapped anymore. Was not ideal. I have them run seperate paralelled to each amp at 1 ohm. Pop tested and checked with dmm, Problem is one amp not putting out. Even swapped amps before and the woofer that worked now would not.

When you swapped the amps did you swap everything? Power, ground, RCA, speaker?

If yes and still no dice then amp = screwed.

If no then try again with swapping the "bad" amp into the "good" amps spot as a complete direct replacement of just that amp to the speaker that the good amp was pushing. use everything known good.

No, I dont think i swapped power/ground witch i think is the problem hopefully as I don't want to spend $$$ on anthother amp. I mean if the tech said the amp is fine then hopefully i can figure this out.
