ALPINE408 Posted October 23, 2012 Report Posted October 23, 2012 been running them for years stay away from the 14ks and your good i have ran the 7kd the 7k2d the 7k2e and the 10ks i have 2 7ks in my car now that were bought back in 2007 ran daily allways never repaired they are perfectly fine for daily if you don't do stupid shit with them problem is people like bumbin4life say stay away that have never used them only "heard" about problems also ask team dc derrick he beats the breaks off his stetsom tried to blow it and could not Have you ever had your woofers blown?

I think they are made in Brazil, in their own factory, not in china or Korea like most amps. (I can be wrong, don't take it for granted !). I wanted to try the 1K5 for the small size and the Brazilian "side", but I finally kept my Sundown 1500. black BMW X1 2.0 l 192 hp OEM head unit, Amplifiers : Audison AP 8.9 with integrated DSP and Ampere Audio 1200. Focal ES 100 K in front doors, and Dayton RS 180 for midbass under the front seats. 2 SSA DEMONS 10" subs, in a sealed box. SecondSkin Damplifier on front doors, and Luxury Liner Pro for the cargo area.
