Alternate to toolmaker

Anyone got ideal to making or buying dual inputs 1/0 gauge for the amp? like this one? I was thinking making a inout block with a threaded screw maybe copper at one end. Anyone got ideals?

ok but i wanna make my own though.

If you had the tools to make them as clean as theirs are I doubt you would ask advice on how to do it.........

But hell..just measure your 1/0 input on the amp...cut the block of aluminum and turn or mill the end that goes into the amp with a recessed area for the set screw... than bore the dual inputs into the opposite side and drill out two holes for set screws.

Do you have access to a lathe?

It's easy enough to do but you'll most likely need one with a 4 jaw chuck to get those off centre inputs.

Or a cnc lathe would be the tits.

I meant for those inputs you see, a normal distro block can be done with just a hand drill or pillar drill is easiest.

Then just spit and polish to look good :P

You get what you pay for, toolmaker and project db us expensive machines to produce a high quality product. You CAN buy a chunk of copper or aluminum and create something similar but without the correct tools you will sacrafice the quality these guys put out.
