nice bill.. i think you are more than 90% complete on this... :) you accepting nominations on this project for feb SOTM??? i think you would have a strong chance of winning it :) anyway.. looks sick as fuck bro..

I wouldn't say 90% more like 50%

There's a lot still to do.

not many cars can get me to pluggin my ears but this one.......damn. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it. :)

i use the dia. of the can for the inside corners.

Then if you look on the bottom of the can it has a " lip that is rolled in, i use that for all edges. If you match those two things, And use mdf.. vinyl goes without worries.

is vinyl that hard to work with cause I was thinking of fiber glassing my doors in my blazer and wrapping them in vinyl because I don't like tweed but if its so hard I guess I could paint them?

I guess there are some tricks to it, I just don't know any. I wanted to vinyl my door pods because the vinyl is the same color as the accent trim on the doors but that ain't gonna happen. Too much curve and twist for me. As it was I had to seam the Suede in 2 spots :(
