I know you in AZ.., but you guys do have Monsoon season (was down in Sierra Vista for a few months during one) and just curious if it holds good and strong. Otherwise... I'm still The boot is fully sealed. Has survived the drive through car wash several times. Will survive a monsoon easily. I'm sorry you had to go to Sierra Vista. Testing light and mirror fit.
