gbnlmiguel Posted March 11, 2013 Report Posted March 11, 2013 that notch came out wrong bc.. first cause you could of put the jacks in the rear of the chasis. and second you should of welded the top piece first before cutting it up

Usually they would be welded to the axle and come across the pumpkin. Some people like to bolt them on like that to make it easier to make repairs if necessary (or just because it's easier to install).
