Looking for volt meter and temperature meter. NOT STINGER

why are you stuck on the refresh rate, you won't be able to see the difference. It's not like your eyes can differentiate that quick of a refresh rate anyway.

Good point on the assumptions. Assuming you have nearly no drop, you WOULD be able to see it, but if you have shitty drop that would be a good number to sit it. For example with nearly no drop and a refresh rate unknown but MUCH faster than 500ms, you can see it count down to 14.8, then bounce 14.7 to 14.8. If that were to fluctuate down to 12 and back to 15, then it would be a serious problem trying to read it.

I was thinking if the voltage was changing at >500ms and the display is changing at 500ms, he wouldn't be able to see what his voltage was. If that makes sense. And of course, I am assuming the voltage (at least the tenths) are all over the place.
