what are the 18s wired down to? Sure as shit wouldn't catch me trying to run 3200 watts off a bone stock alternator.

no each sub is at 4 ohms and its a 2 channel amp bridged so that come to 2 ohms on the bridged channel.

Only stock thing he's running is an alt. I've been fine running 3k off of 2 upgraded batteries.

And who knows, if he's not dropping below 14 volts he's probably at 2 ohms.

Or if he's at .5 then it's his fault the amp is smoking

under construction

This. I'd try to talk to the big boss. I had a lot trouble with guitar center after I bought some faulty equipment and the GM finally straightened it out. If anyone can help you, it's a supervisor/manager.

its suposedly a h/0 stock alt thars wrapped at 175 amps. all i had at the moment. my volts dont go below 14 volts unless im full tilt at idle parked for quite a while. i have 3 batts and when the car is off they sit at like 13.4 no alt on it. and 2 runs front to back and appropriate fusing

theyre at 4 ohms a peice. i have one red and one black off each sub hooked up to the amp and as for the other terminals theyre crossed with a red to a black. which = 4 ohms a sub.
