CLNSHVNnDRAGGN Posted December 11, 2012 Report Share Posted December 11, 2012 With the prices guns have been bringing lately I'm considering selling my favorite one to fund 2 more builds. It's a 7.5" AR pistol I built a few years ago that shoots like a dream. I've never had a single issue with it and it's crazy accurate. With prices around here I should be able to get $1500 for it which will give me enough to buy the rest of what I need (but the wife won't authorize otherwise) to build another 7.5" and a 10.25" but I'm worried if I sell it I will regret it. The only guns I've ever sold were ones I built specifically to sell and never got a chance to get attached to. If I sell this and finish the builds on the 2 others I will be stuck with them because I won't get my money back out of them. CLNSHVNnDRAGGN Posted December 11, 2012 Author Report Share Posted December 11, 2012 Thanks for the responses but after talking it over with the wife again this morning (at 4:30 on her drive to work) I went ahead and listed it for sale and have already had calls and texts about it as early as 6:30 this morning. She said the same thing as Bigsix, 2 would be better than one and since I won't be able to spend that kind of money on finishing the builds without the sale due to other hobbies I decided to do it. I am planning on building the 7.5" almost identical to the one I'm selling but still undecided on an upper configuration and parts for the 10.25".
