after a show or when my car is super clean inside and out i like to test this law. they give me a mean look in the mirror but dont stop me..

but its just like weed is legal in certin states but the feds will still have a problem with it..if he would uave found sonething else he couldnt say in coirt i pulled him because of the music..he will switch to tint or something u cant fix

if i am riding down a non residental road and have my music up. i should not have to panic for the volume knob just because a cop is across at the light. nothing wrong with that

Thats fine but the way you worded your statement previously made it seem like you try to crank your shit as your ride by police to see if they will pull you over... If you are cruising on the road then run full tilt all day just be respectful around houses and at stoplights...

ALSO keep in mind that pulling into stores and shit is not a good idea crankin either because it makes your car a target... Just a tidbit of info

look up the definition of preemption violation. A local law can not overturn state law

I am not saying your wrong, but I remember it as, Federl > State > County > Local. If a local town has a sound ordinance, regardless of state law, you must abide, because it was declared by that town and it's citizens that they do not like "X". Just like how federaly, pots schedule one drug, but in some states now, completely decriminlized.
