Are you tongue and grooving all the panels together? Youre going to want to fpr strength

What I like to do is buuld my outer shell then cut peices for top and bottom and get them in then do the sides baffle goes on last. You can even do it in reverse and them build your outer around it

Since its already in, angle iron and/or fiberglass are gonna be the easiest of options in my opinion.

That's what I was gonna do Adam. letting the glue dry and then I'm gonna glass this all up. Then put in the angle iron.
