Go watch the study done by second skin. All I have to do is go to you tube and watch hundreds of positive claims. Its all just comes down to what you can afford. AGAIN.. I'm not saying that P&S is the choice of champions. Audio Technix worked great when I deadened my trunk last summer. Peel and seal did not. Do you believe everything you see on YouTube? The study done against peel and seal was done on this site by a Second Skin rep he had a full video showing what he did how he did it and why. In all honesty if you can't do it right, don't do it at all. I went years without deadener simply because I could not afford it and I wasn't about to cut corners. P&S doesn't come off with ease so once its there its pretty much there. If you are going to take YouTube as your source then by all means continue to follow it and enjoy yourself. Ignorance is bliss, you say you are not trying to be a dick yet it has been explained by multiple people to stay away from PS and yet you keep arguing the need to use it. Great Stuff works just as well for filling gaps to help with rattle, You clearly don't understand the difference so there is no point in continuing to give any advice. Folding them down is for people who should just wall I seat 6 still...... and do 151 sealed on the dash But you have a big ass hole in your rear deck. It's not like your doing 151 from a stock trunk, let me see you do that without any modification to the rear deck. edit: lol you cut your whole rear deck out Very valid point. Find me a vic body style that's louder..... not walled from the trunk mods or not! So u think folding your seats down is less of a hinderence than cutting the whole in the deck? Really? I didn't change the amount of people I sit, you do by folding the seat down..... Next time ill buy a spl orientated vehicle to suit YOUR GUY's needs! Edit: I could have easily unbolted my seats folded them down and fired my port forward with my 4th and probably been louder (no bend in the port always gains) that would be stock trunk But that would be a waste! having a 6 person car seating 3.... or having to unbolt for every competition... every demo It's not like everyone can't choose to cut a hole in their rear deck and do a similar 4th order install like yours. Also I'm not trying to take away from you accomplishment or awesome install and I'm not saying folding your seats down is less of a hindrance than cutting the hole in the deck. But when I need to carry passengers I can fold my seats up as they're not permanently folded down but just won't be as loud. I would do a 4th order if I needed to but why work harder when I can just do a simple ported box and fold down my seats? Edit: Who buys a car to seat six adults comfortably and how often are you carrying six adults. 99% of time I don't have passengers and when I do they're not bassheads lol.
