He was a hacker then created Megaupload. Dude seems pretty cool, you know for a crimnal hacker type guy. Looks interesting but broadcasting it and everyone clearly knowing its a filesharing site get me thinking its gonna get shut down quick Well going by what everyone says, he has took every precaution to make sure it is "legal" or at least for himself. Everything is encrypted before it is uploaded to where he cannot even see what is being uploaded and nobody else can hack in (or its almost impossible) to see what the files are. The site takes your files, encrypts them as you upload them and then you send out a link in which the other person has to have the password to unlock it in order to download it. Like he said, people can mail anything all over the world, but if the users mail something "illegal" then you don't shutdown the post office, you go after the person doing the mailing. Just have to wait and see how it all works out. Dude likes to play with fire it seems. They were attacked the same time Megaupload was, and the site was down for about 2 hours total due to a "misunderstanding".
