We didn't have enough to do anything so had to make out own... When I first started to add some water to dilute it that happened and scared the hell out of me. When ever it mixes with water it forms hot ice. More of a slush. But the reaction causes it to be about 50ish degrees Celsius. The sweet from your hands or maybe if you crack something in the pack has enough water to react a bit. But youtube some hot ice videos cool stuff if you get it done right.
