The POLICE take posession of your weapon so they can run ballostics and what not on the gun so please tell me how they wouldnt know a stock weapon from modifieda trigger wouldnt affect ballistics for one and even if they did see that it had a trigger it still couldnt be used against you thats just internet gun owner paranoia and even if they did bring this up all you would have to say is it helps you be a better shot so that you hit what your aiming at none the less if its not an illegal part and the gun wasnt used illegally there is nothing to worry about..believe me ive talked to several people inmy gun club that are law enforcement about this none of them really care about those trivial details Whatever you say bro. Silly me for trying to go on a weekend during this political shit storm. I usually avoid the weekends but my buddy's schedule called for it. This range/shop has 12 lanes, there were at least 100 people in the store. They told us minimum 2 hr wait. Fuck that noise. We reverted to backup plan of goin to the bar for beers and Buckeyes bball. Life could be worse. So still have a shiny new gun w/ no rounds through it. Plans for Wednesday at the range. Spent tonight in the basement w/ a few beers cleaning/lubeing and a vinyl spinning in the background. Gotta say that felt satisfying. BUT I can't wait to shoot this bad boy!

Side note: the cheap tac light I put on it was, as I feared, junk. After less than 100 rounds it fails to turn on. You get what you pay for. So if you see the AIM Sports tac light on Amazon and get excited by the price ($25ish), learn from me and save your cash!

After some further thought I'm considering ditching the weapon light for just a hand held flashlight. My thinking is that to identify any target I have to point the muzzle at it w/ a weapon mounted light. Downside of a hand held flashlight is only one hand grip on gun. What's your guys thoughts on this?
