WillPwn4Food Posted February 11, 2013 Report Share Posted February 11, 2013 (edited) So very soon here, I will be starting a Wall build in my Taurus (By soon I mean On Saturday if the deal selling my N2's goes through)... I'll be running 4 VVX15's on (2) Planet Audio BB2400.1's (Realistically each amp only puts out about 2000wrms). I was wondering... Is a 150db @ 30hz an unrealistic goal? I want it to essentially be a low-end monster, but I still want it to be musical. Any recommendations what to tune it to without sacrificing too much SQ because of the low tuning? I don't want it to fail on the higher bass tones. 45hz etc. Heard some setups fail on anything above 35 when they're tuned too low.
