Misc. Sealed off trunk - '01Stratus *Gutted*

Not much really. This thing slams really hard at 31,32 and 33hz. My charging voltage is 13.5 on a 90 degree day which blows. If my car sits out on a sunny day (75ish), I am much louder on the lows and everything flexes.

I have been thinking about switching out to Fi or AA subs but I'm not sure how well they will work in a box tuned to 35 (or 36 can't remember)

These things get wayy to smelly on some of decafs songs. Like dirty bass, money man, in the zone and a few others I can't think of off the top of my head.

I really don't want to tear out the box though.

Will try and get another video up sometime, I have been working a bunch of hours lately.

Cant go wrong with fi or aa alot of people run them for a reason. I love the fact that fi lets you pick exactly what options you want instead of sending you and sub they have on the shelf

I really enjoyed going through this build! you did a great job!

Thanks!

And for everyone still wondering what's to come, Fi BLs, another 2200, probably a H.O alternator from mechman or DC and going to modify this box some. Really don't to completely start from scratch and loose the work I have in everything. I would love to start this by next spring, but I'll have to see financially if I can since I'm starting college this fall.

Possibly videos later today

Edit: Also Thanks to Omega who really helped me figure stuff out so I can keep my box!

edit: Did get a video recorded. Need to wait till I have better internet to upload. Probably Sunday.

Gotta love that college budget bro. I'm about 3 years ahead of you there. I can't wait to get out of college so I can do a really sick build. But I'm hoping to give my car one last run on a build. I'm trying to get better in the stock trunk class. 144.8 got me 3rd, I'm shooting for a 148, still tuned low. But college time, college budget, and not enough time for real jobs make it hard. Can't wait to see you start up again bro. I'm sure your next rebuild will be even cleaner.
