Joe X
Well I had the intention of doing 6 of these, but they shipped me D4 when I asked for D2 and they won't exchange them. So I was kinda forced to buy 2 more so I can sit at .5 ohm instead of buying another amp. So, dimensions H - 18 [Can go higher, but that is window line] W - 42 [max] L - 30 [max] Box builder around here said I could only do it if the box was sealed.. Kinda want to do ported because I know it'll move alot of air. So is this even possible? Thanks ahead. If ya guys want, give me a text at 281-736-57zero0 for faster responses. Looks kind of sick but it's possible even without inverting the subs if you can keep up with the little extra height: Enclosure Specifications: Fb = 36.1 Hz Vb = 9.8 ft^3 External Height = 21.5 in External Width = 42 in External Depth = 26.375 in Port Width = 32 in Port Height = 3 5/8 in Cut Sheet List: * All Dimensions in Inches. * Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts. External Enclosure Parts: 2 x Top & Bottom (3 parts) = 42 x 26 3/8 Left & Right Sides = 24 7/8 x 19 1/4 Front & Back = 42 x 19 1/4 L Port Internal Assembly Parts: Front to Back = 13 x 33 1/2 Port Left Side Assembly: 13 x 3 5/8 Port Right Side Assembly: 13 x 3 5/8 Assembly guide (generic dimensions): Important notes: - The port needs 3 5/8" of free airspace in front of it for proper operation. - Setting your amp subsonic filter to 28Hz is suggested. Guest
how come you don't want to invert them? it allows you to make the box shorter, height wise. plus all those motors will look cool
